Ingredients

2 people
  • 1/2 kgBeef steaks
  • 1 Tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspred chilli power
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1large onion
  • 1 cupyogurt
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 1/4 cupoil

  1. 1

    Marinate steaks with all above ingredients except onion for 30 min..

    In pressure cooker add marinated beef with all marination add 1/2 cup water & cook for 15 min it will tender..

  3. 3

    Now on high flame cook till all water evaporates.. now add 1 large onion finely cut into slices put it on dum.. oil separates.. enjoy..
