Wash the chicken and put cuts in the centre and legs parts

In a bowl add all the marination ingredients mix well and rub on chicken

Leave the chicken for 2 hours or overnight

Place the chicken in the cooking pan and steam fir about 15 minutes on medoum flame

Then deep fry until golden brown

The masala water(gravy) of the chicken which remained in the pan cook on high flame until thick

Place the chargha on the servings dish add some chaat masala and drizzle the sauce.

Serve with chips and fried rice
