Mince all ● ingredients, dice the cream cheese into 1 cm cubes and cut the eggplant into bite size.

Combine all ◎ ingredients.

Heat a pan and heat all ● ingredients until aromatic. Add ground pork and fry until it is all cooked and crumbly. Add the eggplant.

Add the seasoning from step 2 to step 3 and stir fry it for about 2-3 minutes in medium heat, then turn off the heat. Add the cream cheese and mix it a little then the meat miso is ready.

Top Step 4 over rice and garnish with green onions. Bon appetit.
