Steps

Chop the pork belly into 2~3 cm pieces. Cut the garlic shoots into 3 cm. The garlic shoots will cook though easily after blanching (optional).

Stir-fry the pork belly in a pan until it's cooked through. Add garlic shoots, and continue stir-frying until soft and wilted.

Add ◎ seasonings, cook through, adjust the flavor, and it's done.
