Fish Tacos

I went out to eat with my family at a buffet and among all the food options, I saw these delicious tacos. But since I had already eaten a lot, I only had one and thought to myself, I should try making them at home.

I went out to eat with my family at a buffet and among all the food options, I saw these delicious tacos. But since I had already eaten a lot, I only had one and thought to myself, I should try making them at home.
Steps
- 1
Cut the fish into strips, pat dry, and heat a skillet with the olive oil.
- 2
Mix the flour, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper with the cold beer. When the oil is hot, dip the fish pieces one by one into the batter. Fry a few at a time so the oil stays hot, turning them when golden brown. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
- 3
Meanwhile, make a pico de gallo by combining the onion, tomatoes, cilantro, salt, pepper, olive oil, lime juice, and green chile to taste.
- 4
Add half the can of chipotle peppers to the mayonnaise and mix with a fork.
- 5
Finely shred the cabbage, rinse it well, and toss with lime juice and salt.
- 6
Warm the tortillas, then fill with the fish, pico de gallo, cabbage, and chipotle mayo. Add more lime to taste and enjoy!
