Perboiled ur rice and set aside,add palm oil in a pot set on medium heat, add ur chopped onions fry for 6-8 minutes.

Add locust beans fry till fragrant then add blended crayfish for 2 minutes add blended pepper and cut Scotch bonnet

Add seasoning cubes and salt fry for 5-6minutes

Add little amount of water that will cooked ur rice,when boiled add ur perboiled rice stir and combine thoroughly

Cooked on low heat. serve mine with spinach sauce and fish
