Peel raw mangoes and cut into pieces

Take a pan add fennel seeds, red pepper,turmeric, jaggery, and salt to it.

Then put cut raw mangoes and a glass of water and cover with lid for some time.I.e 5 minutes

Continuous stirring at regular interval of time

Add some dry fruits to make navratn chutney

Take it in serving bowl from pan until it gets soft. If lookes thickens more than needed, add hot water to it.

Enjoy with poori,paratha
