Take rice wash n soak it for 2hrs. Also urad dal n Chana dal soak them for 2 hrs

Now grind them 8nto fine paste by adding little water accordingly.

Add boiled rice into the batter and grind it also. Here you may add methi seed its totally optional.

Keep this batter overnight for fermenting. At least for 8hrs

After fermentation is done you may add salt to taste and little water mix it with light hands.

Heat up the skillet /tawa grease it nicely pour the batter and spread it. Cook for 5 min turn over. The boiled rice added will give a crispy doasa. Enjoy it with chutney of your choice..
