Ingredients

  • 2Chicken stock or beef stock cubes
  • 2 tspPepper powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 4 tbsFlour
  • 4 tbsButter
  • 1 tspDark soya sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 tspSpice mix powder
  • 1/2 tspBrown sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add and melt butter, add flour and roast for 5min. (stir continuously)

  2. 2

    Now add water, pepper and stock cube, stir in low flame until get gravy consistency

  3. 3

    Add soya sauce, spice mix, and sugar, mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve with mash potato, roast, or stir fry veg
