In a pan add and melt butter, add flour and roast for 5min. (stir continuously)

Now add water, pepper and stock cube, stir in low flame until get gravy consistency

Add soya sauce, spice mix, and sugar, mix well.

Serve with mash potato, roast, or stir fry veg
