Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 2 tbspcurd
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 4 tbspoil
  5. Water for dough
  6. Potato filling mixture=5 boiled potato
  7. 1 tsprock salt
  8. 1 tsppaprika
  9. 1 tbspchaat masala
  10. 1 tspblack pepper
  11. 1 tspkasoori methi
  12. 1 tspaamchoor powder or mango powder
  13. 1 tspgaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients of dough and make a nice soft dough.let it rest for 15 minutes

    Now mix all the ingredients of potato mixture and make a smooth mixture.

  3. 3

    Make oil hot to fry the kachoris.take a small ball shaped portion from dough and flat it in a very tiny tortilla.keep remember it should slim from outer part and middle part should little more thick.

    Fill handful of potato mixture and start closing it.take out extra middle part of flatten kachori.just little bit flatten it to make equal from all the sides.put them in oil.

    Keep pouring oil from sides to make fluffy nice kachori.turn the sides carefully please.enjoy
