Rigatoni with Vegan "Walnut Mushroom Meat" Sauce Rigatoni with Vegan "Walnut Mushroom Meat" Sauce
This recipe was adapted from a recipe for #spaghettibolognese that I found on the website "WhatTheHeckDoIEatNow.com" which I have found to be a valuable resource. I always wondered how vegans made "meats" for recipes. I havent eaten pork in years. I've always been somewhat of a vegetarian my whole life already. However, Since I've recently started exploring the world of being #vegan one of the main foods that I've wanted to cut out is ground beef. Being raised Italian on a diet that consisted of alot of ground meats, being now "turned off" by them made me miss alot of traditional & regular recipes in my life. This #veganswap changed my life. You can use this as a meat alternative in things like pasta dishes, mexican dishes, & more! #vegandinnerideas #veganmeatsauce Chef Mommy Nessa -
Pasta with Creamy Marinara Sauce Pasta with Creamy Marinara Sauce
Had some extra marinara sauce and pasta so I whipped this yummy lunch together. Can also be eaten as a side or for dinner. Still delicious either way.Ps: This recipe feeds two people as a main dish and 3 people as a side(This measurement is based on what I can eat, so it might vary for adults perhaps.)Also, the pasta measurement should be 1 cup before cooking not after cooking.
