Top the pastry sheets with minced chocolate and banana. Moisten the edges with water.

Roll out the top pie sheet with a rolling pin, make small cuts in the surface and place on top of the banana. Push the edges together with a fork.

Coat the surface with beaten egg for the glaze. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 190ºC, and it's done!
