  • 5Shallots
  • 5 cloveGarlic
  • 5Birds Eye Chilli
  • 500 gramsGround Lean Pork
  • 2 tbspDark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbspFish Sauce
  • 1 tbspOyster Sauce
  • 1 tbspDark Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 1 cupThai Basil Leaves
  • Prik Nam Plaa (Chilli fish sauce)
  • 2Birds eye chilli
  • 2 cloveGarlic
  • 3 tbsplime juice
  • 2 tbspfish sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    For the sauce. Chop chilli and garlic and mix in lime and fish sauce. (gets better if prepared earlier)

  2. 2

    Finely chop chillis, garlic and shallots. Fry until fragrent.

  3. 3

    Add the meat and fry until cooked.

  4. 4

    Mix the sauces together and add to the pan.

  5. 5

    Tear up the basil leaves and mix into the dish.

  6. 6

    Serve on rice with a fried egg on top.
