  • 1torta or bolillo
  • 1mayo
  • 1 tbsprefried beans
  • 2fried eggs with yolk thoroughly cooked
  • 1/2avocado sliced and skin removed
  • 3 slicejalapenos de vinagre
  • 2 sliceof queso fresco

Steps

  1. 1

    cut torta or bolillo open length wise and toast in broiler or on griddle

  2. 2

    spread mayo on one half and beans on other half

  3. 3

    layer cheese, avacado, jalapenos, and eggs onto the bread then cover with the other piece of bread.
