Soak sushi rice in the cold water for 15 mins. Drain and allow to stand for 30 mins. Place sushi rice, water and salt in the rice cooker.

Meanwhile mix sushi vinegar with rice vinegar and sugar together. When the rice cooker is done leave it not longer than 10 mins. Put the rice in the bowl and pour sushi vinegar stir softly. Cover with some white cloth and set aside.

Prepare bamboo sushi roller mat, sushi nori, cucumbers, carrots, avocado, salmon and crab stick.

Spread sushi rice on sushi nori, put vegetables, salmon or crab sticks. Roll it will bamboo sushi roller mat. Cut it!

Serve sushi (Kappa Maki) with pickled ginger, wasabi and Shoyu Sauce❤️
