In a bowl add gram flour, all masalas, hing, salt and water make a past consistency. Take a ladies finger cut top and bottom and centre part split and stuffing the past inside.

In a tawa add oil and ladies fingers, sprinkle some water and closed with lids cook 2 minutes. 2, 3 times you springle water and cooked. Finally add onion, coriander leaves and salt. Stuffed ladies finger ready to serve with rice.
