Cream the butter and sugar until creamy. After that, separate the egg yolk from the egg white and and add the yolk to the creamed butter and sugar and whisk.

After that, add the egg white, baking soda, baking powder and flavour then mix thoroughly. After that, add the flour and fold. After that, distribute it to the pans and bake for 20 mins.
