Of course it tastes good any time of the day 🥕 with or without a topping.
Steps

Line a baking tray (23cm) with baking paper. Turn the oven on to 180C.

In a bowl, mix the almonds, bicarb and spices and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the coconut oil, maple syrup, apple sauce, flaxseed egg and banana.

Add the carrots, cranberries and walnuts to the wet mix.
- 5
Combine the wet mix with the dry mix.

Put the mix into the lined tray and bake until golden brown - about 30-35 mins.

Leave to cool before adding the topping/ cutting. Enjoy 😋
