Make a dough by adding water in to maida. Rest for half an hour.

Coarsely chop the cabbage, Capsicum, carrots in chopper.
In a pan heat oil. Add garlic and ginger. Saute for a minute. Add chopped vegetables and add salt, soya sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar. Saute on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Don't overcook. - 3
Now make a small puri from the dough. Add stuffing and give shape of momos. Steam the momos. Served with chilli chutney.

For Chutney:
In a pan take chillies, onion and water. Cover the pan and boil for 5 to 10 min or till water get reduced. Cool the mixture at room temperature. Coarsely grind it.
In a pan heat the oil. Saute ginger garlic paste for 2 minutes. Add chilli paste and saute till it releases oil. Now add vinegar, soy sauce and salt. When it releases oil add ketchup. Mix it properly. Cool and store it in the fridge. Served with momos.
