Ingredients

2 person
  1. for palak puris:
  2. 1 cup wheat flour
  3. 1 cuppalak puree with 1 green chilli and small piece ginger
  4. 1 tbspjeera
  5. 1 tbspoil
  6. to taste salt
  7. As neededOil for frying puris
  8. For jeera aloo:
  9. 2par boiled potatoes cut into cubes
  10. 1 tbspjeera
  11. 1slit green chilli
  12. 1/2 tbspturmeric
  13. 1/2 tbspamchoor
  14. As per taste Salt
  15. as neededFinely chopped green coriander for garnishing
  16. 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    For puris

  2. 2

    Knead the soft dough by adding all the ingredients in wheat flour

  3. 3

    Keep it aside for 15 mins

  4. 4

    Make small puris.. And fry it in oil.. Till they aur nice and fluffy

  5. 5

    For aloo sabji

  6. 6

    Take a pan... Add 2 tbsp oil

  7. 7

    Add jeera in not too hot oil

  8. 8

    Once jeeta splutter add aloo, turmeric powder, amchoor powder, salt

  9. 9

    Mix well and keep it on low flame for 5 mins

  10. 10

    Serve it in bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves...
