  • lemon
  • 2 tbspmirin
  • 1 tbspcooking sake
  • 1 tbspmiso paste
  • 1/2 tbsphoney

    Marinate salmon in mirin, sake, honey and miso paste for 2-3 hrs.

  2. 2

    Wrap salmon in parchment paper.

    Airfry/Bake for 10 mins.
