For puris

Knead the soft dough by adding all the ingredients in wheat flour

Keep it aside for 15 mins

Make small puris.. And fry it in oil.. Till they aur nice and fluffy

For aloo sabji

Take a pan... Add 2 tbsp oil

Add jeera in not too hot oil

Once jeeta splutter add aloo, turmeric powder, amchoor powder, salt

Mix well and keep it on low flame for 5 mins

Serve it in bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves...
