Bombay Toast

Now a days, I make 3 kinds of Toasts for breakfast. Because we all 3 have different taste. Husband take sweet french toast, my daughter like Nutella French toast and I prefer spicy and savory that is Bombay Toast.
When we moved to Malaysia, I stayed few days with my sister in law. She learnt from her in laws and always put red chili powder, salt and pepper instead of sugar. I started to like it from there but now I started to take less sugar intake so make this one for myself.
