When you have very little time to make a main pasta dish, this is an exceptional recipe with a simple yet unique flavor. You probably have all the ingredients at home, and you’re good to go.

Finely chop the green onion (including some of the green part) and sauté it in a skillet with good extra virgin olive oil.

Add the anchovy fillets and cook until they dissolve. Add the roughly chopped capers.

Add the chopped cherry tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta.

Add the roughly chopped olives and red pepper flakes.

Add oregano and check if you need to add salt, keeping in mind the ingredients are already flavorful.

Drain the pasta al dente and toss it in the skillet with the sauce and a bit of pasta cooking water. Serve.
