Steps
- 1
Mince the shiso leaves. Chop the umeboshi plums and make them into a paste.
- 2
Combine all the ingredients together.
- 3
Cook in a pan. It won't burn easily since there is no sugar. It won't go bad easily due to the umeboshi, so I make it for a lunch box during summer season.
- 4
I had this on a salad the first time. With Japanese style dressing.
