Kid-friendly Pork and Kimchi Stir-fry

I created this recipe for my husband who doesn't like spicy food.
You don't need to put an egg on top, but adding it will make the taste milder and it will be easier to eat.
You can also use pork offcuts, but I found that pork belly is the best. Recipe by Taishi-n

Steps
- 1
Cut the pork into bite-size pieces, and stir-fry with the mayonnaise instead of oil.
- 2
Cook briefly, add kimchi, then mix with the pork.
- 3
Turn up the heat to medium high, add sake, sugar, and the soy sauce, then mix. When the liquid is reduced, pour in the sesame oil, and mix briefly. Serve onto a plate.
- 4
Sprinkle chopped scallion. It's also delicious with a soft-poached egg or raw egg yolk on top.
- 5
Also works well as a rice bowl.
