  1. 450 GramsTamarind
  2. Water as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Tamarind soak in warm water in a bowl.
    Cover with lid.
    Leave it for 30 minutes

    Rub the Tamarind with fingers till all the pulp has been extracted.

    Remove the seeds. Separate the pulp and Keep in air tight jar for later use.
