Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put the ingredients into the bread maker and start the bread dough course. Once it's done, release the gas bubbles and let rest for 15 minutes.
- 2
Roll out the dough to 20 x 25 cm, scatter with cubed cheese, roll up as you would when rolling up a roll cake, and tightly seal the ends.
- 3
Leave it rise until doubled in size.
- 4
Make cuts in the top and then bake for 20 minutes in a 220°C oven.
- 5
I rolled up the bread with bacon, cream cheese, and black pepper.
- 6
You could cut the dough in half, form into thin loaves, and bake to get a baguette.
- 7
Wrap it around cheddar cheese for a rich bread.

I wanted to make French bread without using French bread flour. For the slits, roughly 5 mm is ideal. Don't make them too shallow or deep. Regarding the baking temperature and time: our oven s a rotating dish so it's difficult to brown things well, which is why I set the temperature so high. I baked for 22 minutes. I tried adding salt to bread dough with miso instead, and the result was a very flavorful bread.A friend pointed out to me that the fermentation time was probably being delayed by the active microorganisms in the miso. Following her advice, I tried heating it right away, and the result was that the dough absorbed moisture better, and the final result was improved too. Please try heating up the miso first too. Chocolate Marble Bread Made in a Bread Machine Chocolate Marble Bread Made in a Bread Machine
I made this chocolate marble bread at my children's request. An important point of Step 8 is to leave space for the dough to rise after you put it back in the bread pan.The second rising may not be long enough when made in a bread machine so the pattern may come out a bit checkered.Personally, I think it might be better to let the dough rise for a second time, then bake it in the oven, but it tastes just as good made in a bread machine, and you can still see a nice marbled pattern.
