I used simple ingredients to make a hearth-style bread like you often see in bakeries.

If you lower the heat from 250°C to 230°C, the crust will be crispy. Recipe by Yuribo

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 200 gramsSemi-strong flour (Lys Dor)
  2. 5 gramsSugar
  3. 5 gramsSalt
  4. 130 gramsWater
  5. 2 1/2 gramsDry yeast
  6. When Shaping
  7. 60 gramsCheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Put the ingredients into the bread maker and start the bread dough course. Once it's done, release the gas bubbles and let rest for 15 minutes.

  2. 2

Roll out the dough to 20 x 25 cm, scatter with cubed cheese, roll up as you would when rolling up a roll cake, and tightly seal the ends.

  3. 3

Leave it rise until doubled in size.

  4. 4

Make cuts in the top and then bake for 20 minutes in a 220°C oven.

  5. 5

I rolled up the bread with bacon, cream cheese, and black pepper.

  6. 6

You could cut the dough in half, form into thin loaves, and bake to get a baguette.

  7. 7

Wrap it around cheddar cheese for a rich bread.

It actually worked! I used Jarlsberg! Thank you! I used to eat this in Japan and now I can have it in America.
