Ingredients

5 servings
  • 210 mlWarm water
  • 1/4 cupSugar
  • 11/2 tspSalt
  • 21/2 tspYeast
  • 3 tbspOil
  • 2Egg
  • 4 1/4 cupsFlour

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add water and yeast let it bloom

  2. 2

    Mix the flour salt sugar and egg together with bloomed yeast

  3. 3

    Knead the dough for 8-10 min till it become soft and smooth

  4. 4

    Lightly oil the pan keep the dough for first proofing 45-60 min

  5. 5

    Punch the dough transfer in to work surfaces and make the it to balls
    Let it rest for 6 min

  6. 6

    Flat the dough tightly roll them in to small loaf pinch the edges

  7. 7

    Shape them in to long snake and bride them

  8. 8

    Place them in baking sheet and let it price for 2 and time 90 min

    Now egg wash the dough sprinkle some sesame seeds and bake for 180’c 30 min until golden brown
