  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp roasted n crushed cumin
  • Pinchbaking soda
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  • 1/8 cupwater

    Soak spinach leaves in cold water for 10 min..

    In another bowl add gram flour..

  3. 3

    Along with all spices:salt, turmeric, baking soda, ghee, cumin and red chilli flakes and coriander leaves..

    Mixed with water to make thick paste..

    Fry in hot oil..
