Mix 1-1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp ghee.

Gradually add Lukewarm water and knead a soft dough. Cover and leave for 30 minutes.

Make balls(pera) flatten it and spread 1 tbsp ghee then sprinkle some kalonji(nigella seeds)

Sprinkle some chaat masala and spring onion. Roll it. Then flatten it.

Fry from both sides until crispy and brown.

Serve with green chutney or yogurt 😊
