  1. 2 cupsVermicelli
  2. 1onion
  3. 4-5green chillies
  4. as neededCashew handful, peanuts
  5. 1 tspmustard seeds,
  6. 1tsp urad dal,
  7. 1tsp chana dal,
  8. 1tsp jeera
  9. As neededFew curry leaves
  10. 1 tbspghee
  11. 4 cupswater
  12. as per tasteSalt

    Add little ghee in kadai and roast vermicelli till golden. Keep aside

    Take ghee in a kada add peanuts, cashews, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal n jeera n saute. Once they turn to brown add cut onions n chillies n saute till onions aur cooked. Add 4 cups water n bring to boil. Add curry leaves. Add roasted vermicelli, salt.

    Cook till water is obsorbed. Cover and switch off flame.
