Steps

Peel the bananas and potatoes then Wash them clean and rinse,wash the Tomatoes,carrots etc......

Cut your Nana's in three pieces each and the potatoes cut twice in one bowl.chop the tomatoes,two carrots,hoho ndania etc...all in one bow except for ginger,garlic and onion.and grate the other two carrots.chop your green leaves in another bowl and set aside.

Chop the onion and grate ginger and garlic in a different bowl,put oil in the sufuria and place on fire,add your chopped onions in sufuria and cook until it turns golden brown.

Add meat,ginger and garlic and mix then cover for about 10 mins,wen it has turn brown add your tomatoes mix, salt your spiceses, star then cover for it to cook. for 5mins

Wen the tomatoes mix is cooked add your bananas and potatoes then mix and cover it to cook for about 10mins

Add water after that and let it boil,wen its ready put the fire off and let it cool down so that it can be a little bit thicker.
