Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupUrad flour
  • 1/2 cuprice flour
  • As neededWater to make jalebi batter
  • as neededBaking soda pinch
  • as requiredfood color if you want
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupwater to make sugar syrup
  • 1 tspcardamom powder

  1. 1

    Take rice flour and urad flour in a bowl and add water to make batter..dont make it too thick or too runny..Add cardamom powder and baking soda to it and mix

    Transfer all batter to jalebi mould

    Make sugar syrup..boil sugar and water till sugar dissolve completely..add orange food colour if you want..keep it warm while adding jalebis to it..

    Make jalebi in hot oil

    Take out jalebi after golden in colour add it to sugar syrup and keep for 2 minutes and take it out..this way make all jalebis and enjoy..
