Today I'm bringing you an alternative to those lighter salads that we usually eat cold or at room temperature, which we start making in the spring and summer. I called it Italian because of some of the ingredients I used, but it's my own recipe.

Prepare all the ingredients.

In a bowl, add the sliced olives, diced tomato, flaked tuna, chopped basil, and mint. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and cool. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and add the tomato paste, salt, ground pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Mix well and serve! Easy and delicious 😋
