Steps

(1) For Thandai Masala-
Soak all ingredients except Gulkand in 1 cup water. For 8 hours or overnight. - 2
Peel soaked almonds.Make fine paste of all soaked ingredients and gulkand using the same water in which it was soaked.

(2) For Sugar Syrup -
Heat a pan add sugar and water, let it come to a boil on low medium flame. Keep stirring till the is sugar completely dissolved. - 4
Now add fine paste to this sugar syrup and combine well and cook for another 10 minutes on low medium flame.

Let it cool down completely now transfer this in air tight bottle & store it in refrigerator or cool & dry place. You can use upto 6 months.

Add a few tablespoons of this syrup to a glass of chilled milk or water and your scrumptious Thandai is ready in no time. Garnish it with some dried Rose petals.
