Marbled Yogurt Ice Cream

I tried to reproduce a flavor at a certain yogurt ice cream place. I love blueberries over yogurt.
When you're making the marbled effect, don't mix too much since the jam will combine with the ice cream. Just stir lightly.
Mix as you freeze for an airy and fluffy result. Recipe by Takki- mama san

Steps
- 1
Whisk heavy cream and sugar in a bowl until soft as yogurt.
- 2
Add yogurt and whisk for another minute (30 seconds when using an electric mixer.)
- 3
Pour into a container. Cover to freeze.
- 4
After a while (about an hour), mix lightly and continue to freeze. After some time, mix, and freeze... repeat 2 or 3 times.
- 5
When it's all airy and fluffy like the picture above, drop spoonfuls of jam.
- 6
Mix everything lightly for a marbled effect. Freeze again.
