Ingredients

  1. 6chicken breasts pounded flat
  2. 18 oz cream cheese softened
  3. 5green roasted chilies diced
  4. 1 tspcumin
  5. 1mrs dash garlic and herb
  6. 1 cupshredded colby or cheddar cheese
  7. 1 can29 1/2 oz. can juanitas brand chili Colorado or chili Verde

    pound out chicken so its thin

  2. 2

    preheat oven 400°

  3. 3

    in a large bowl mix softened cream cheese, diced chilis, cumin, mrs.dash together well.

  4. 4

    take a big spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and spoon in center of chicken breast and roll up chicken and place in a 13x9 inch baking dish or large casserole dish lined with foil. repeat with rest of chicken breasts.

  5. 5

    take leftover cream cheese mixture and spread it on top if the chicken breasts

  6. 6

    open can of chili Colorado and pour over chicken, add a little garlic salt to the top

  7. 7

    cook for 35 minutes, take out and sprinkle cheese over top and cook another ten minutes.

  8. 8

    :-) Its really good served over white rice
