  • 4 cupsrice
  • 1 cupcooked rice
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Yeast
  • Baking powder

Steps

    Soak the rice overnight

  2. 2

    Blend the rice until smooth

  3. 3

    Add yeast and mix well
    Cover and allow to rise

    After it has risen
    Add sugar,pinch of salt,baking powder and mix

    Add little oil in a non stick pan and fry

    Enjoy with pepper soup or miyan taushe
