Japanese Omelet with Green Nori Flakes and Baby Sardines✿

I wanted to eat an omelet green nori flakes and baby sardines, which are two of my favorite ingredients.
I used only one egg this time but if you use 2 or 3 eggs, please adjust the amount of other ingredients accordingly.
If you don't like sweet omelettes, you can make this without sugar. Recipe by Yuukarikoara

Steps
- 1
Combine the egg, aonori and baby sardines well.
- 2
In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and add in some of the egg mixture. When the egg is set on top and nearly cooked through, quickly roll the egg. Keep the first roll off to one side and and pour in the next batch. Repeat the process for the remaining egg mixture so you get layers of cooked egg.
- 3
It's easier to cut after you let them cool down slightly.
- 4
Cut into your preferred sizes and put them in a lunch box ♬
