Ingredients

  • 1Green pepper
  • 1 dashCurry powder
  • 1 dashSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the seeds from the green pepper and cut it into 5mm strips.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the green pepper. Don't stir-fry for too long.

  3. 3

    Adjust the flavor with curry powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. 4

    You can also add broccoli to the stir-fyr.
