Vegan "parmesan"
Sprinkle this onto pasta, instead of dairy-based parmesan.

Add all the ingredients to a food processor (I use my mini chopper for this, a coffee grinder would also work!) Pulse repeatedly until evenly ground into a coarse meal, with a texture similar to grated parmesan.

This will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for a couple of weeks or longer.
