This was my late night dinner when I was single and used to bring work back home.
Don't overcook the shio-kombu, otherwise it will lose its flavor. Just toss. Recipe by mama deko.

This was my late night dinner when I was single and used to bring work back home.
Don't overcook the shio-kombu, otherwise it will lose its flavor. Just toss. Recipe by mama deko.

Cut sliced pork belly into small pieces. Also cut Japanese leek in half lengthwise and then julienne.

Melt butter in a pan and stir fry the pork and Japanese leek.

When the pork and Japanese leeks are cooked through, add the shio-kombu and toss in the pan. Done!

Serve over a bowl of hot rice! Add a little wasabi to preference.
