Ingredients

  1. 2 cuppoha
  2. 1medium onion chopped
  3. 1/2roasted peanuts
  4. 1/2 tspjeera (cumin seeds)
  5. 2 tspoil
  6. as per taste Salt
  7. pinch hing (asafoetida)
  8. 1 tsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the poha for 2-3 minutes and discard the water and keep it aside.

    Take a pan heat some oil and add cumin seeds, asafoetida powder,, chopped onions, roasted peanut.Saute the onion till they are golden brown in colour.Add salt and mix well.

    Add the poha and mix gently. Cook the poha for about 5 minutes and turn off the flame.Add a tsp lemon juice and serve garma garam poha.
