  1. 150 gramsShrimp (small)
  2. 2 tspSalt
  3. 1 tbspSake

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the shrimp with shells, and devein.

  2. 2

    Boil about 800 ml of water in a pot, and add the sake and salt. After 1 minute, add the shrimp, boil for 4 minutes, then drain through a sieve.
