Baked Chikuwa with Tuna and Mayonnaise

I had chikuwa fishcake sticks on hand. The expiration date was getting close, so I wanted to make something delicious with them.

Ingredients

  1. 4Chikuwa
  2. 1Canned tuna (small)
  3. 1Corn
  4. 1Easy melting cheese
  5. 1Mayonnaise
  6. 1 dashSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the chikuwa into half lengthwise and crosswise. Mix the drained tuna and the corn with a small amount of mayonnaise.

  2. 2

    Top with the mixed tuna, corn and mayonnaise on the chikuwa.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle with easy melting cheese.

  4. 4

    Bake in a toaster oven for 3-4 minutes until the cheese has melted.
