Cooking Instructions

Clean the shrimp and you may keep either the head or the tail of the shrimp. I kept the head because thats where all tbe flavors are.

Saute the garlic and the chopped onions in the butter
- 3
Cook the shrimp for 5 min and add salt, pepper
- 4
Add the yolk of the salted egg. Use 4 pcs and the half evap milk
- 5
Garnish it with the onion leaves.
