Nostalgic Napolitan Spaghetti

I created this recipe because I wanted to eat nostalgic Napolitan spaghetti.
Mixing the ingredients with ketchup first makes the pasta absorb it evenly.
Adding a small amount of sugar creates the nostalgic flavour! A small amount of garlic is also the key. Recipe by Michan

Steps
- 1
Add salt into boiling water, and cook the pasta.
- 2
Add olive oil and the garlic, and stir-fry. When fragrant, add the bacon, and continue stir-frying for a while.
- 3
Add the green pepper and the onion, and continue stir-frying. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 4
Add ketchup and sugar, then add the freshly cooked pasta (taste and adjust accordingly).
- 5
Adjust the taste with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- 6
Serve onto a plate, and sprinkle with a bit more Parmesan cheese and olive oil, then it's done!
