Ingredients

25-30mins
4-5 servings
  • 2 cupsboiled chickpeas
  • 1potato cubed and boiled
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tspChaat masala
  • 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/3 tspbhuna pisa zeera

Steps

25-30mins
  1. 1

    Soak chickpeas overnight with 1/2 tsp baking soda and pinch of haldi and boil them until soft. Save 1/3 cup of water.

    In a dish take chaney,add Chaat masala,roasted cumin,red chilli flakes and dahi mix.

  3. 3

    Add all the veggies,sprinkle some Chaat masala and papri and serve.
